### **Shipping Timeline**
All orders are processed and dispatched within **1–2 working days**. Delivery typically takes **3–7 working days** depending on your location across India.
### **No Return Policy**
At **Tavas**, we currently **do not offer returns** once an order has been delivered.
### **Damaged or Defective Products**
If you receive a product that is **damaged, torn, or incorrect**, please notify us within **24 hours of delivery** by sharing clear photos along with your order details. Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
### **Size Exchange Facility**
We offer a **size exchange option** subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within **48 hours of delivery**.
### **Exchange Eligibility**
Products must be **unused, unworn, unwashed**, and returned with **original tags and packaging intact** to qualify for exchange.
### **Exchange Charges**
Size exchange is provided **without additional product cost**. However, **reverse and re-shipping charges may apply** where applicable.
