Return Policy

At TAVAS, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
Exceptions
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us verify the issue, please provide:
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
Requests submitted after 24 hours or without the required proof may be declined.
