1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must not be damaged by the customer.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Used, washed, or damaged items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process

Customers may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method
If the order was Cash on Delivery, the refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
