Damaged or incorrect products

After verification, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Size exchange

• Request within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unwashed and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, dirt, or signs of use.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Exchange shipping charges are borne by the customer.
